Parallel Capital Partners Signs
PaxVax, Inc. at Sorrento Pines Business Park

San Diego, Calif.  Parallel Capital Partners, Inc. reports that PaxVax, Inc., a privately held, venture capital biotech vaccine company, has signed a new lease for 9,066 square feet of office/laboratory space in the building located at 4122 Sorrento Valley Boulevard in San Diego, California. The lease term is for 72 months.

Built in 1979, Sorrento Pines Business Park is a 114,399 square foot complex on 7.9 acres is 77% occupied (85% including this new lease) with major tenants including Bastyr University, Pall Corporation and Asteres, Inc. The buildings are located at 4106, 4108/4110, 4116 and 4122 Sorrento Valley Blvd in San Diego, California.

PaxVax was represented by Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial in the transaction. Parallel Capital Partners represented itself.
