Heidi oversees the development, implementation and coordination of all HR related policies and programs. She works closely with team members to ensure that the company’s culture is one of positivity and growth. Her frequent collaboration with the founders and executive management allows her to make real time changes to policies which enhance the wellbeing of the team.
Heidi loves spending her free time hiking, reading and making up funny songs with her husband while their dogs sing back-up vocals.
